Priority Networks to provide voice and wireless services to David L. Lawrence Convention Center

Multi-year contract expands existing relationship

Las Vegas, NV, April 29, 2004 - Priority Networks, Inc. has signed a new multi-year service agreement with the Pittsburgh Sports and Exhibition Authority and SMG, the world's largest public assembly facility management company. Priority Networks will provide a complete suite of voice, data, and WiFi service solutions for clients, customers, and attendees of the David L. Lawrence Convention Center located in Pittsburgh, PA.

The Convention Center now boasts a full 45Mbps (DS3) of global Internet connectivity and a 1000/100 infrastructure backbone managed by on-site Priority Networks staff, as well as Priority Networks' national engineering and technical support structure.

Priority Networks, Inc. has been providing Internet and network services to the David L Lawrence Convention Center since 2002. The new agreement adds voice and WiFi services as well as increases the commitment of Priority Networks' expertise to all services. The recently completed David L. Lawrence convention center has 330,000 square feet of exhibit hall space, 53 meeting rooms, and a 31,000 square foot ballroom. It is situated on the banks of the Allegheny River in downtown Pittsburgh and is the first certified "green" Convention Center in the United States.
