Priority Promotions

December 2005 - Priority Networks, Inc. (PNI) has a new man at the helm. It is with great pleasure that PNI announces Dan Poirier's promotion to President of Priority Networks, Inc. As CFO for the past three years, Mr. Poirier has guided PNI through unprecedented growth. His leadership ability, knowledge of the event industry, and financial background will assure that Priority Networks will continue to be successful in a very demanding industry. PNI will continue its focus on exceeding the service expectations of exhibitors, show management companies and the facilities in which they operate as they continue to raise the technological bar on Internet and telecommunication offerings.

Priority Networks' Controller, Lucy Citta, has also been promoted to VP of Finance. Lucy began her career with Priority Networks as the corporate controller in March 2005 with over ten years of experience in accounting and management with the hospitality industry. She currently oversees the accounting and financial reporting for Priority Networks. Her extensive experience includes hotel accounting, convention services, general ledger, and internal controls. Ms. Citta is a graduate from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) and is a Certified Public Accountant. Priority Networks is proud of her dedication and commitment to the company.
